Mosaic Partnership Trust

We are proud to be a part of The Mosaic Partnership. A academy Trust of 12 schools serving diverse urban and rural communities in Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire. We were formed in 2024 with the ambition to transform the lives of children through partnership and collaboration. 

We believe passionately in giving every child the best possible start in life and are committed to providing rich learning experiences that ensure our young people thrive. At the centre of the Trust’s vision and ethos is the importance of equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. These central pillars help prepare our children to be lifelong learners and rounded young people who can then thrive in their next phase of education and in adult life.

People are important to us and we pride ourselves in delivering high quality and practitioner led professional development through networks and opportunities. We give Mosaic Partnership staff the best opportunities to learn and grow as professionals. The Partnership delivers a range of development programmes aimed at every level of school life. This professional support helps create the next generation of leaders and ensures we are continuously striving to improve from an evidence informed position.

Trust governance is led by our Trust Board who meet regularly and know our schools well. This work is supported strongly by our Academy Community Councils who provide the local support and challenge for each of our schools. We provide support for our Academy Community Councils across the Partnership with bespoke training programmes, network meetings and opportunities for Councillors to share best practice between our schools.
