Complaints

At Barrs Court Primary School, we aim to get things right but there may be times when we don't. We encourage parents/carers with any problems or complaints to contact the school as quickly as possible so that these can be resolved.

The first point of contact should be a class teacher or if you would like to speak to a senior member of staff, please contact the school office and they will be able to help.
